LIFT Off Webinars Take Flight in 2018

After taking December off, the LIFT Off Webinar series took flight in January as Gary Cola of Flash Bainite highlighted his process for stamping ultra-hard armor.

Flash Bainite Processing is a globally patented, rapid thermal processing technology which creates maximum strength steels with unparalleled formability.  Low cost Flash Bainite develops unique mechanical properties never before seen in readily weldable iron-based alloys.  Applications for mass reduction coupled with cost savings have been demonstrated in both armor and automotive. 

Coming up in February, Radha Krishnan, president of DEP, will focus on morphing software.
