IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing®
IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing® is a three-year foundational competency-based curriculum for the “multi-skilled technician” needed in today’s workplace.
Introducing students to advanced manufacturing materials, processes and systems through on-line, interactive, multimedia and project-based learning built around real industry challenges. Three components form the IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing® curriculum building off each other to help students develop their skills in a holistic learning environment.

Operation Next® Skilled Trades Training
Operation Next® is a competency-based program featuring a hybrid curriculum, allowing students to learn the theory online through simulations and multimedia and then demonstrate their new skills on real world manufacturing equipment.
An innovative training and credentialing program, Operation Next® provides blended learning opportunities for service members, National Guard and Reservists, veterans, and civilians the opportunity to earn one or more nationally portable, standards based, industry recognized credentials in high demand manufacturing fields.
LIFT Learning Lab
The LIFT Learning Lab is a unique, immersive learning facility preparing students for the most in-demand manufacturing careers, from field trips for K-12 students to on-site certification courses for adults in welding, CNC machining and robotics. Students learn on the same equipment they will encounter in the workplace, reducing employers’ need to provide additional training on the job. The labs include:
