Online ads for advanced manufacturing jobs related to lightweighting in Indiana remain 20% higher than the beginning of 2015 despite a decline in postings during September-October. Compared to July-August 2015, postings fell a modest 5% from 9,435 to 8,951in September and October. Moreover, September-October 2015 had 1,000 more postings in Indiana than one year ago. Indiana has averaged 8,832 online postings per bimonthly period for 2015 thus far.
