This month, LIFT’s technology team will explore “The Role of Uncertainty Quantification in Model Verification and Validation” on Friday, September 14 at 10 a.m. ET. This tutorial will introduce concepts of model Verification & Validation (V&V) and how Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) is used to support the process with an emphasis on recently developed Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) V&V practitioner checklists and tool maturity level assessment guidelines.
