Industrial Technology Maintenance Program

LIFT provides flexible training pathways in high demand advanced manufacturing careers to those who have experienced job loss or are looking to gain some new skills in the post-pandemic economy.

LIFT, through its Operation Next program, is now available at no cost to both individuals seeking new skills for themselves as well as employers seeking new skills for their workers. This support is provided by LIFT with a grant from the National Institute of Standards and Technology [NIST].

Operation Next is now enrolling for our Industry Technology Maintenance program, available at no cost to you. The Industrial Maintenance Technician program prepares personnel for Mechanical Maintenance Technician careers and is aligned to NIMS Industrial Technology Maintenance industry standards.
