IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing® provides the educational foundation to equip students with the necessary career-ready skills to thrive in the evolving advanced technologies landscape.
It is a three-year foundational competency-based curriculum for the “multi-skilled technician” needed in today’s workplace. Blending career exploration with career preparation, IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing will introduce you to fields such as Robotics and Automation, Industrial Design, IT/Network Security, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and more; all advanced career paths that are in increasing demand in the U.S. manufacturing sector.

How can I participate in IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing?
IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing® is offered through educational institutions throughout the U.S. and at our Detroit, Michigan facility.
If you are interested in the program, we recommend speaking with your school about participation. Please recommend your school to contact us to learn more. If you are located near the Detroit, Michigan facility there may be upcoming programs to register directly.

IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing® offers a variety of learning solutions to accommodate educational institutions.
The program features a turnkey solution, including competency-based curriculum, instructor training, instructor guides & assessment, virtual simulation and industrial hardware. All IGNITE: Mastering Manufacturing courses include interactive eLearning lessons, computer simulations, design projects and hands-on workstations using Industry 4.0 technologies.

LIFT’s Learning Lab features a wide variety of Amatrol® training systems, including a Pegasus® robot and trainers that teach skills related to electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more!
