Innovation Policy Forum Securing Advanced Manufacturing in the United States: The Role of Manufacturing USA

The May 23 symposium “Securing Advanced Manufacturing in the United States: The Role of Manufacturing USA” will examine external reviews of the Manufacturing USA Institutes, designed to create partnerships and foster collaboration among industry, academia, and government. The symposium will help provide new information and insight into the role and performance of the institutes, address the contributions of the institutes to workforce, economic development, and enhancing domestic manufacturing and international competitiveness, describe how other nations are supporting advanced manufacturing, and discuss potential U.S. priorities and policies for action.
