November-December 2015 Workforce Update Michigan

According to Michigan’s new November/December 2015 market report, online job ads for lightweighting-related occupations have nearly doubled since the end of 2014, from 10,301 job postings in November and December 2014, to 18,142 postings in November and December 2015. Illustrating the trend of increased demand for workers, Michigan’s bi-monthly job posting average was nearly 20,000 throughout 2015, roughly a third of the current report’s totals.
