2024 AGMA Emerging Technology Forum

AGMA has four active emerging technology committees that look at their respective topic through the lens of the gear manufacturing industry. The work of these committees focuses on the goal of: Identify, investigate, and inform AGMA members of Emerging Technologies that may disrupt or significantly impact the power transmission industry.

AGMA’s Emerging Tech Committees:

• Metal 3D Printing (that also looks at New Materials).
• Electric Drive Technology.
• Industrial IoT.
• Robotics and Automation.

AGMA is bringing together members of each of these committees and members at-large for a face-to-face meeting to provide high-level information relevant to next strategic steps for manufacturing.
